If you have not received your parcel within the estimated time on the Australian Post website here, you can lodge an investigation with Australia Post using your tracking details here. Please check your junk/spam mail for the confirmation email before contacting us. You will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number should you wish to view your order's progress here. Please be aware that once your order has left the warehouse, we are not involved in the delivery process of your parcel. More information about Australia Post measures can be read here. A daytime phone number may also be useful if we need to contact you about your order. Please ensure your full address (including business name if applicable) is completed. If there is no one present at address, your parcel will be taken to a Post Office for collection. Australia Post has stated that signatures are not required upon delivery for all parcels, whether you are collecting from a post office or at home. We encourage you to use your work or other suitable business hours address for a safe and secure delivery. At the current time there is a delay within the Australia Postal service due to Covid-19. Express post is not offered due to the flammable nature of perfume as it is classified as a dangerous good and is required to be transported by road.
